Fairview Parkwood Craigwiel Communities (FPCC) is more than a provider of care; we are a faith-based, not-for-profit organization with a legacy of service dating back to 1943. We believe that every older adult deserves a life of dignity, safety, and belonging, with a particular calling to serve those in our community who are most in need.
Our mission – “You are Welcome Here” – comes to life at Fairview in Cambridge, Parkwood in Waterloo, and Craigwiel Gardens in Ailsa Craig. Across these three campuses, we offer nearly 900 living options, including residences for couples—ranging from independent and assisted living to compassionate long-term care. More than just a place to stay, our communities are hubs of life, offering Seniors Active Living Centres, spiritual care, and innovative programs that bring people together at every stage of their journey.
